🕊️ Change of Mind Returns
- Contact our Customer Support team by end of the next business day after receiving your order at support@koresy.com.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original saleable condition (including packaging).
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).
Returns requested after this window will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
🌿 Allergic Reactions / Skin Sensitivities
Your skin’s comfort matters. If you experience a reaction:
- Notify us by end of the next business day after delivery.
- We may request details and photos to better understand the issue.
- You may choose a full refund or product exchange.
📦 Damaged or Defective Products
We take care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at support@koresy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Keep the original packaging for inspection.
- Once confirmed, we’ll either:
- Refund the full product cost to your original payment method, or
- Replace the item and ship the replacement free of charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

- We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable service — we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
