We aim to deliver your Kore’sy products with care and efficiency, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.
Shipping Details
We currently ship across the UAE using trusted local logistics services.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time for remote areas or during high-demand periods.
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues may occasionally occur.
Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate: AED 15 for standard shipping across most UAE locations.
- Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply depending on the courier’s serviceability.
Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above AED 150 (after discounts and promotions).
Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping information is complete and correct:
- Full name
- House/building/apartment number
- Street name
- City and postal code
- Valid phone number
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details.
Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Recipient Unavailability
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly. In cases where delivery fails repeatedly due to recipient absence, the package may be returned to us.
Should your order be returned:
- You will be refunded minus the return shipping cost.
- If you’d like the order reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
Change of Shipping Address
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately at support@koresy.com with your order number and correct details.
If the order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, unfortunately, we won’t be able to modify the address or cancel the shipment.

REFUND POLICY
Kore’sy Return & Exchange Policy
At Kore’sy, your satisfaction is part of our promise. If your purchase wasn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right. Please review the details below for returns and exchanges made through www.koresy.com.
Change of Mind Returns
- Contact our Customer Support team by end of the next business day after receiving your order at support@koresy.com.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original saleable condition (including packaging).
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).
Returns requested after this window will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Allergic Reactions / Skin Sensitivities
Your skin’s comfort matters. If you experience a reaction:
- Notify us by end of the next business day after delivery.
- We may request details and photos to better understand the issue.
- You may choose a full refund or product exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at support@koresy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Keep the original packaging for inspection.
- Once confirmed, we’ll either:
- Refund the full product cost to your original payment method, or
- Replace the item and ship the replacement free of charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
How to Return Your Order
Once approved by our team:
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable service — we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
